Job Description

As a Population Health Strategy Executive on the Real Time Health System team, you will align and enhance business relationships between clients, Real-time Health System strategy and business leadership teams for optimal client outcomes. You will leverage your experience to build trusted relationships with key client executives, consult with clients on strategy, structure, management and operations of their organization, and provide recommendations for strategic improvement. You will advise clients across a wide variety of services, including business strategy, market positioning, organizational behavior, financial and management controls, human resources, information technology, e-business and operations. As a key member of the team you will develop an accountability-based Cerner-client relationship that promotes sustained alignment and continuous performance improvement, provide executive oversight for Hospital Operations strategic sales opportunities, and ensure strategy is executed and value is delivered.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 7 years health care information technology (HCIT) management, sales, strategy, business development, or consulting work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience managing executive relationships
  • At least 5 years of Real-time Health System and/or Hospital Operations strategic sales or strategy work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of healthcare provider work experience in strategic or business development, project management, sales, or consulting implementation, or other hospital operations related product areas
  • At least 1 year of hospital operations or related field of healthcare consulting experience

Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Kansas City, MO area or currently reside in a virtually approved location

Additional Information
