Job Description

As a Lead Learning Leader on Cerner's Federal team you will be responsible for the development and management of client learning and behavior change projects to achieve learning-enabled business outcomes. You will manage escalations and track issues requiring leadership attention to resolution and intervene as necessary to mitigate client risk and ensure value is delivered to the client as contractually committed. Direct and coach a team of associates responsible for delivering expected value from learning engagements, and collaborate with leadership to support the advancement of new business opportunities. Develop and mange highly complex and innovative learning projects and programs with a high degree of variability that requires significant influence to achieve targeted learning-enabled business outcomes. Establish and execute measurement plans to assess existing learning solution effectiveness and value. Build and maintain strategic internal and external executive and C-suite relationships.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
  • Bachelors Degree in Education, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, related field or equivalent and relevant work experience
  • At least 7 years of health care information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT solution strategy, HCIT project management or learning/adult education work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working for or with the federal government in any capacity
  • Previous performance improvement methodology experience
Expectations
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Kansas City metropolitan area
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20% as needed

Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen. The client contract also requires receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position.
