Job Description

As a Senior Revenue Integrity Manager you oversee management of key operational revenue cycle functions improving the integrity of revenue streams. You provide operational and strategic leadership to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate system-wide revenue integrity; manage all facets of revenue integrity, including post-initial recovery audits; set and enforce operational policies, procedures, and guidelines; and own strategic planning for the department. You also own escalation points as reported by team and related revenue cycle audiences; manage and evaluate productivity reports, generate or create high-level operational reporting, and analyze data to recommend and implement performance and process improvement plans; manage and perform analytical and audit work; and manage all escalated quality audit inquiries.

As a manager you seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution; delegate the work appropriately, providing clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks; identify associate and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed; provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability, and connect opportunities for your associates’ development; identify the right talent to achieve the desired results; and promote and build a diverse cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 8 years’ revenue cycle and/or health care operations work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 10 years’ clinical or health care work experience
  • At least 6 years’ healthcare reimbursement work experience
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
  • Certified Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)

Expectations
  • Ability to travel up to 40% as needed
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Midland, TX area or currently reside in a previously approved virtual location (Midland Texas location strongly preferred)
