Project Coordinator (Engagement Planner)

Paddington Central, London, United Kingdom

Project Administration & Management

Job Description

We at Cerner are focused on enabling our clients to better understand, manage and engage populations to deliver a higher quality of care at a lower cost, and accelerate and support the delivery of new models of care. Our world-leading technology platform aggregates data from multiple sources enabling health and care systems to use this data to identify, score and predict risks, targeting the individual through to population-wide health improvement campaigns and interventions.

Cerner’s Population Health Practice is a new exciting part of our organisation transforming the way care is managed and delivered, using technology to underpin the management of population health across geographies. The Population Health Europe team offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative fast-paced unit with all the rewards and challenges that a start-up opportunity brings.

As an Engagement Planner (EP) you will be responsible for supporting and owning a high number of key project activities including, but not limited to, project finances, resourcing, events management, team management, internal and external communications, governance and project compliance, change and risk management and project reporting. You will be expected to work independently and also with multiple teams including Executives, Managers and Consultants to ensure high client satisfaction and predictable and profitable project delivery. You will be working in direct conjunction with the Cerner Engagement Owner/Project Manager (EO) to manage the above critical project activities. The nature of the implementation will mean that there is a requirement for strong attention to detail and an appreciation of business, clinical and operational transformation as well as the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of organisation, both internal and external. This is a project management support position with the scope for potential growth into full scale project management.

You will be primarily based in the London Paddington office, but will be required to travel to client sites to support the needs of the project.
