Job Description

As a Consultant in CommunityWorks you will consult with Cerner clients to deliver consulting services. You will consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. Provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders. Be able to drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients. Mitigate solution risks and issues. You will execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead client meeting and events, and drive internal team initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • At least 4 years of software implementation work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 4 years Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting or support work experience
  • Experience in Ambulatory/Clinical background

Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 100%
  • Currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City metropolitan area, or reside near a major international airport

Additional Information
