As a Solution Designer, you will document functional requirements and risk analysis using solution management tools and processes.Other responsibilities will include using epics, features, solution vision and market needs to write user stories and requirements into clear, workable solution and risk control requirements; supporting development team in planning and estimating resource needs ; and prioritizing backlog to support product roadmap according to business value. About Sales, Marketing & Strategy


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in solution-related work, like testing and development
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year working in Agile development
  • At least 1 year of health care IT solution strategy or consulting work experience
  • At least 1 year of solution design or product ownership
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Kansas City, MO metro
