Job Description

As a Senior Data Migration Engineer you will build and test data migrations to support data migration design, interface design, and implementation activities. You will design data migration build and complete data uploads. Create data normalization workbooks for clients and oversee completion. Be able to provide knowledge about data normalization as it impacts future workflow. Provide tier 2 troubleshooting and issue resolution for data migration uploads. Complete data migration testing, as well as, manage data migration changes and project activities and communicate with impacted associates or clients.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years data migration engineering work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of scripting work experience
  • At least 3 years of SQL work experience
  • At least 1 year of HL7 experience
Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
  • Currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City metropolitan area, or reside near a major international airport
