Job Description

As a Team Lead, Lead Office Manager, you will provide complex administrative support and proactively manage and make decisions for executives with minimal assistance related to calendar management, meeting coordination, time recording, travel scheduling and expense submission; Support associate productivity by ensuring floor processes operate efficiently, including supply and conference room management while ensuring facility is in show mode; Manage financial expenditures on behalf of the business site or geographic region, including purchasing, invoicing and account reconciliation support; Recognize and drive opportunities to streamline or improve complex processes through identification of creative solutions and collaboration with stakeholders, you will also provide analytical support to assist site or regional executives and other internal partners on special projects, including researching issues, analyzing problems, comparing data, preparing reports and providing data-driven recommendations; Facilitate the smooth transition and assimilation of associates to new office locations through engagement with local and functional leadership and proactive communication to associates regarding timelines, process changes and other relevant information and design and lead projects within the Associate Services community, business site or geographic region, which could include training and mentorship, new associate onboarding or other culture and associate engagement initiatives in collaboration with other internal teams and executive leadership

People Management Responsibilities:
You will seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution; Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed; Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize their accomplishments; Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability, and connect opportunities for your associates’ development and Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Associates (Higher Education, Higher National Diploma)
At least 4 years’ Office management or administration work experience

Expectations:
Must currently reside in Sydney area
