Job Description

We at Cerner are focused on enabling our clients to better understand, manage and engage populations to deliver a higher quality of care at a lower cost, and accelerate and support the delivery of new models of care. Our world-leading technology platform aggregates data from multiple sources enabling health and care systems to use this data to identify, score and predict risks, targeting the individual through to population-wide health improvement campaigns and interventions.

Cerner’s Population Health Practice is a new exciting part of our organisation transforming the way care is managed and delivered, using technology to underpin the management of population health across geographies. The Population Health Europe team offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative fast-paced unit with all the rewards and challenges that a start-up opportunity brings.

As a HealtheIntent Data Integrity Specialist you are a key member of the Population Health Europe team. The HealtheIntent Solution is a system-agnostic, near real-time platform, which enables organisations to aggregate health data from multiple sources into a single record to support new models of care. The platform enables care providers to access health records anywhere, anytime to proactively engage patients and manage disease and help prevent illness.
As a Data Integrity Specialist, your primary responsibility is to review person identifiers of health records from various sources that are potential matches identified by the HealtheIntent platform’s algorithm and validating these matches. The Data Integrity Specialist has a critical function in ensuring that the health data of the covered lives is captured accurately and matched to the appropriate person.

As a Data Integrity Specialist, you will also be responsible for coordinating completeness, quality and accuracy of data within internal or external systems or databases. You will perform data entry and maintenance in software systems or databases and use data processing or validation tools to identify and resolve data discrepancies or duplicate records. You will also conduct routine data quality validation and audits according to established processes and you will recognize data integrity issues and work with providers of data to resolve.
