Job Description

Cerner is growing and adding to our Long Term Post Acute Care organization, looking for a Solution Operations Manager! As a Solution Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to promote client satisfaction through achievement of maximum value, adoption and efficiency from Cerner solutions. Additional responsibilities include, managing relationships with key stakeholders across the client base for assigned solutions or venues; consulting with clients in navigating Cerner, advocate for their needs, and channel feedback appropriately; identifying and tracking client value statements and return on investment; identifying reference clients and managing coordination of reference activity for solution area; executing strategies to increase client solution adoption and alignment to best practices; delivering client-facing communication, including email, newsletters, client council calls, workshops, and industry events; and measuring and report on client key performance indicators (KPIs) for the solution or venue.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Care, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years' experience in Health Care Information Technology (HCIT) project management, client management, or solution design work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a client facing capacity
  • Experience with Cerner Long Term Post Acute card solutions
  • Experience with Rehabilitation solutions
  • Experience with Behavioral Health solutions
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of Healthcare experience

Expectations:

  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Must be willing to relocate to Kansas City area
  • Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organization security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
