As a Senior Revenue Cycle Delivery Consultant, you will consult with clients during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. As a member of this team, you are responsible for consulting with clients on current workflows and configurations, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements as well as ongoing system maintenance. You will also navigate across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement leadership. You will be responsible for executing complex test plans and test script execution and follow change management process for new defects. Finally, as a member of the team, you are responsible for establishing best practices for knowledge transfer and process improvement and assume venue coaching responsibility for other associates.

Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services covering a 5,500 square mile service area. The main campus is located in beautiful Prescott, Arizona which boasts unique geographic amenities. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Mathematics, Business, Communications, Finance, Health Care Administration, Science, or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year systems management or implementation work experience with Cerner Pharmacy build tools
  • At least 1 year systems management or implementation experience with Pyxis medication dispensing cabinets

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Informaticist
  • Prior experience with drug diversion monitoring programs

Expectations
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed including on-call rotation

Additional Information
