As an extension of this vision, the Director & Population Health Strategy Executive (PHSE) will drive tremendous growth that reaches beyond the Hospital, Fee-For-Service and Millennium base. We are laser focused on identifying and formalizing expansion opportunities that advance our client’s competitive advantage in their MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area) simultaneously propelling multi-year growth for Cerner.

The Director & PHSE will have a mentality of thinking big and building partnerships on what’s possible. Knowing how to architect a system-level approach, formulating an executable strategy and articulating value to a C-suite audience verses pushing a product is key. Curiosity to be a continued student of health care is critical along with the ability to pivot quickly and being at ease navigating unchartered ideas or strategies.

About Client Services


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 15 years’ health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
  • At least 15 years of experience working across the C-Suite with large integrated delivery network health systems
  • At least 15 years of deep payer experience working with Accountable Care Organizations, a national health insurer, clinically-integrated networks, and/or provider-sponsored plans
  • At least 7 years' experience managing executive relationships

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Business or Health Care

  • Ability to travel up to 100% as needed
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area or must currently reside in a previously approved virtual location (Northeast location preferred)

Additional Information
