Job Description

As a Senior Organizational Change Consultant you create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives. You strategically apply change management processes and tools to diagnose an organization’s culture, success factors and barriers; map existing processes, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders; and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress, including support for formal ROI studies. You also coach change sponsors using formal and informal leadership development intervention; make recommendations to senior leadership based on experience and research; provide direct support and coaching to all levels of leadership as they help their teams through transitions; and identify lessons learned and customer features from client engagements that should be applied to Cerner’s generally available solutions.

About Client Services


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Health Care Administration or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 7 years’ consulting work experience
  • At least 3 years’ change management work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
  • At least 6 years change management work experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Green belt

  • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area or must currently reside in a previously approved virtual location

Additional Information
