Cerner’s Industry Relations team is seeking a Senior Marketing Partner to join a growing team focused on advancing Cerner’s market facing message, extending the brand and supporting client and prospective client relationships thru strategic engagement across industry associations and events. The Senior Marketing Partner will be responsible for managing a set group of industry associations/organization relationships and corresponding engagements, inclusive of developing and implementing a marketing plan for each organization as part of the overall Industry Relation’s team strategy. This individual will develop, manage and maintain these relationships on Cerner’s behalf. Additionally, this individual will help identify and research industry associations/events across the healthcare IT industry that may be valuable for Cerner to engage with.
This individual will also build Cerner’s brand thru executive and client engagement across industry associations/organizations including through speaking submission writing and supporting continuing education efforts. This associate will manage sponsorship opportunities, in-person and online focus groups, event roundtables, etc. for these organizations.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 4 years of Marketing experience
At least 6 years of related marketing work experience
Project Management experience
At least 3 years marketing strategy experience
Must live in, or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area
