As Technical Support Engineer you are part of an international team supporting clients around the globe for our clinical information system

After an intensive training period you will be able to work client's tickets independently and use your technical knowledge to understand the structure and location of an issue. You will be responsible for analyzing, documenting and solution of complex client tickets in a timely manner.

You will be in close contact with other teams, such as Consulting and IP/ Engineering and thus be able to work across teams for the benefit of our clients in one of the most complex fields of information technology.

About Engineering & Technology


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Very good English language skills
Preferred Qualification
  • Basic programming skills (preferably ABAP, ABAP-OO, HTML, Webdynpro, Java)
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • German language skills
  • Troubleshooting and debugging experience
  • knowledge about hospital information systems
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Willing to do 24/7 on-call duty as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope or position
  • Social competence
  • Working in a team

Additional Information
