Job Description

We are excited to inform you that we are hiring Patient Financial services Team Leads for our growing business unit Revenue Cycle Management. As a Patient Financial Services Team Lead you will be responsible to provide supervision and direction to patient financial service department staff and manage all daily processing facets of patient financial services department. In this role you are also responsible to ensure compliance with Joint Commission, federal, state, and other regulatory agencies related to patient financial services and supervise service-specific accounts receivable functions. In addition to that, you are responsible to monitor key performance metrics and drive performance to meet organizational benchmarks and to review and approve all adjustments, bad debt, or outside agency assignment placements and refund to accounts according to authority level. In this role you are also responsible to own escalation points as reported by team and patient office.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Finance/Arts/Pharmacy/Microbiology
• At least 8 years of US health care billing work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Professional Coding (CPC) or any related revenue cycle certification

Expectations

• Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
• Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed

Additional Information
