Job Description

As an Engagement Executive in Organizational Change Management you are accountable for the delivery of Cerner client projects. You will lead strategy and accountability for highly complex, multi-site client programs. Be able to mitigate and resolve engagement risks proactively and serve as final point of escalation. Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute client and methodology vision, objectives, and strategy. You will provide executive oversight for engagements so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed. You are accountable for external C-suite level client relationships and manage complex client and project team matters.

In addition, as the Organizational Change Management Engagement Executive you are accountable
for overall change management delivery for all facilities within VA’s pacific northwest region. Be a key member of this regions leadership and responsible for developing relationship with the regions leadership. Have oversight of all site level activities. You will be the escalation point of site level Change Management risks/issues. Responsible for determining site-based staffing needs, coordinating optimization delivery for the region, accountable for the execution of the site work plans and milestone achievement. Be the liaison to VITAL and Training for site-based needs and inquiries and oversees or manages the tactical adjustments to be successfully execute the strategy.

About Clinical


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting or support work experience
  • At least 7 years of project management work experience
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of financial management work experience

  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed to the pacific northwest
  • Currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City metropolitan area, or reside near a major international airport

Additional Information
