Job Description

The SolutionWorks team is Accountable for Cerner client support relationship.

As a Support Services Owner you will be accountable for client satisfaction and service level attainment, achieve business objectives by cultivating external client relationships, delivering recurring reviews of support metrics to client leadership, and recommending impact strategies. You will also manage client service request escalations and escalate as appropriate; obtain approvals for change requests, prepare documentation, and lead weekly client change control call. Work in technology applications to track issues, monitor resolution, and confirm process adherence. Facilitate and coordinate package management and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve client objectives

About Engineering & Technology


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales, support or consulting work experience or successful completion of Cerner's Support Services Owner Development Program
  • At least 1 year of project management work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cerner client facing experience
  • Healthcare Service experience
  • Willing to participate in on-call rotation as needed
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
