Job Description

As a Quality Measurement Leader (QML), you will be developing, managing and directing a holistic approach to adoption, value and optimization of quality reporting solutions across Cerner clients. You’ll work to cultivate and maintain longitudinal relationships within aligned client base and overall health care industry. The QML will provide quality measures and regulatory expertise to internal stakeholders and clients and advise on reporting guidelines and practices. Strong communication skills are needed to work with clients in creating a strategic plan for obtaining value and optimized performance across technology platforms. You’ll also be overseeing the solution configurations, testing and troubleshooting across both internal and external teams, consulting with sales associates to ensure accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours, and managing the execution of quality initiatives across internal teams.

About Client Services


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years of quality management work experience
  • At least 3 years of project management work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience

  • Willing to travel up to 40% as needed
  • Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Kansas City area
