Senior Engagement Owner

Paddington Central, London, United Kingdom

Project Administration & Management

Job Description

Cerner’s Population Health Practice is a new exciting part of our organisation transforming the way care is managed and delivered, using technology to underpin the management of population health across geographies. The Population Health Europe team offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative fast-paced unit with all the rewards and challenges that a start-up opportunity brings.

As a Senior Engagement Owner (EO) you are responsible for the successful delivery of the Population Health solutions and services to clients, the project profitability and overall management. You will be managing complex client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes (i.e., define and optimize project deployment processes). You will act as an escalation point for client and project risks/issues and you will direct and manage a team of associates responsible for project deliverables. You will have the ability to establish relationships with Senior Executive stakeholders and report progress and issues to Program Boards.

As the Senior Engagement Owner you will support execution of cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute client and methodology vision, objectives, and strategy driven by executive leadership. You design, build, and maintain complex project plans based on contractual commitments and manage project resources, financials, and scope according to project plan and contractual commitments of multiple projects. You will promote client value via identification of baseline metrics, key performance indicator (KPI) management, and resulting value objectives and will prepare the client for long term continuous improvement as activation marks the start of their improvement journey. You will be able to forge relationships across the health and care network (Community, Mental Health, Primary Care Social Care, Acute, and Commissioning/Purchasing).
