Job Description

This new role in the Health Information Exchange (HIE) space is a reflection of the rapid growth of our HIE and the need to create the rigor required to drive the continued expansion in the UK and Europe. The HIE Clinical Strategist will determine the strategic direction, vision and scope of capabilities. They will be the subject matter expert on the HIE, able to articulate the competitive landscape and market trends, work closely with clients to help set the solution direction, and prioritise on-boarding as well as development projects.

The Clinical Strategist will also work closely with implementation teams and clinicians to ensure optimal scope is selected, value measures are defined and measured, and there is maximal adoption of the solution across the respective users. Closing the loop on value the strategist will be responsible for the realisation and publication of client value. Managing the clinical risk management processes for HIE is another key deliverable and will require the strategist to apply their clinical know-how in this area.

About Sales, Marketing & Strategy


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business Administration or Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience in healthcare or health sciences
  • At least 3 years of experience working in and leading clinical/operational change projects
  • Healthcare related professional qualification (Registered Nurse, Physiologist, Pharmacist etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with product ownership

  • Willing to travel up to 60% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Additional Information
