Job Description

As a Program Manager you design and execute programs aligned with corporate and organizational imperatives; collaborate with stakeholders to achieve vision, objectives, and develop program strategy; manage resources which may include people, data, processes and financial investments; and research and evaluate new processes, methods, practices and materials. You also initiate and develop relationships with internal and external constituencies and provide consultative services and support and develop and maintain program metrics and outcomes reporting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years’ program development and management work experience

Expectations
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area
