Job Description

Cerner’s Population Health Practice is a new exciting part of our organization transforming the way care is managed and delivered, using technology to underpin the management of population health across geographies. The Population Health Europe team offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative fast-paced unit with all the rewards and challenges that a start-up opportunity brings.

As a Data Architect in our Population Health group, you will use your deep knowledge of analytics and reporting in the Swedish healthcare market to create and drive our strategy to address our clients’ analytics requirements. Through a learned understanding of industry standards and Cerner’s data intelligence platform and tooling, you will help lead the development of data models and analytics that meet existing and future clients’ needs. In addition, you will set and ensure adoption of standards for design, documentation, development and deployment of analytics content; monitor and make recommendations to improve analytical performance; and understand and document both existing and new data models and analytics.

About Client Services


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Sciences, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years operational, clinical, financial or health care metric work experience
  • At least 3 years SQL work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of data architecture expereince using SQL
  • At least 1 year establishing client relationships and document client needs work experience
  • At least 1 year of visualization and reporting tools (such as Tableau and Business Objects) work experience
  • At least 1 year database management work experience
  • Willingness to relocate or reside in the Kanas City area
  • Willingness to travel 20-40%
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Additional Information
