Lead Test Analyst

Job Description

As a Lead Test Analyst, you will be responsible for helping test solution outcomes using manual, exploratory and automated test methodologies. A key part of the position will be using automated testing tools such as Selenium to create automated tests. You will also mentor and train new associates in the testing community. You will drive the implementation of new testing technologies. Additionally, you will participate in discussions between development teams, subject matter experts, internal users or client-facing teams to clarify user stories, track issues or resolve problems. Lastly, in this role you will use epics, features, solution vision and market needs to write user stories and requirements into clear, workable solutions and risk control requirements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Engineering, Health Care, Computer Science, Science, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 4 years of solution and test design work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of General Business, health care or other IT related business work experience
  • At least 1 year of Health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience

Expectations:
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
