Solution Designer

Job Description

When hired as a Solution Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the business requirements and define how the IT solution would address those requirements. In this role, you will be involved in prioritizing and maintaining the support backlog, triaging and analysis of the defects and reviewing the test cases for enhancements/defects. While analyzing the requirements you will also be collaborating with strategists, architects and project managers; and developers and testers during the development phase; thus, playing a key role in all phases of SDLC. You will also be expected to support the development team when it comes to resources. You will have to maintain the relationships with stakeholders as you will have to work with them closely throughout project lifecycles and resolve problems between the development team as and when required.

About Engineering & Technology


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree/Master’s degree/MBBS/Nursing/BAMS/BHMS/MBA (Preferably with US healthcare background)

• At least 6 years of experience in requirements gathering and analysis

• At least 1-year experience in DBMS concepts and basic SQL (query language)

• At least 5 years of experience in working with epics, feature solution vision, and market needs to user stories and requirements in clear, workable solution and risk control requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 3-year experience in hospital consulting, hospital workflows or related field

• At least 3-year experience in US healthcare

• At least 6 months experience in Defect management and Test management tools like JIRA, Quality Center

• Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed

• Willing to work overtime and irregular hours as needed

Additional Information
