Senior Technical Solution Analyst

As a Senior Technical Solution Analyst, you will be responsible to Manage and Troubleshoot incidents across the enterprise comprising of multiple clients and proactively monitor system and application. You will investigate, analyze, resolve or escalate the service requests. In this role you will also prioritize and manage work queue and thoroughly document investigation and issue resolution and act as point for contact for all high priority incidents and drive it till resolution meeting Key SLAs and Metrics both operations and Quality. Additionally, you will be working on escalations and resolution of problems or incidents and manages the remediation process and technical resources by facilitating cross departmental collaboration, coordinates the end to end customer experience and owns the internal or external communications.

In addition to all, you will perform Incident root cause analysis and insure timely, professional and effective communication with the customer and internal groups from both the technical and management perspectives. A Senior Technical solution analyst you are also responsible to effectively perform the impact analysis and conduct bridge calls with relevant groups/Client. Together with this you are responsible to initiate and facilitate the discussion with customer and respective resolution to stakeholders during critical issues and provide management with status updates.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science/ Information science engineering or any engineering background/ MCA

• At least 1 year of experience in the application support and incident management domain

• Hands on experience in SQL

• Good knowledge on Java concepts

• Good written and oral communication skills


Preferred Qualifications


• Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed

• Flexible to work on shifts

Additional Information
