Job Description

As a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst you drive the efficient operations within a line of business by analyzing business processes and data to provide business insight. You utilize advanced data analysis skills to explain business issues and financial implications; leverage broad knowledge across the organization to address business issues; identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences; and identify and drive high impact process change or workflow improvements. You also drive identified business initiatives and project delivery; identify and propose remediation to cross domain process and data issues; and coach and mentor associates.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 4 years’ business analytics work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of data analytics and report visualization experience.
  • Experience with SQL or other databases
Expectations:
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area
