Cerner's Behavioral Health Sales team is growing and looking to hire an Advisory Sales Executive. In this position you will maintain client relationships and credibility through ongoing engagement and support, track white space to support opportunities, maintain pipeline and contribute to opportunity forecast for assigned territory. You will also support sales events, including proposal creation, demonstrations and reference visits and create sales orders and review for accuracy based upon client requests, solution requirements, and pre-negotiated terms. Most importantly you will manage a pipeline and forecast in order to drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota. About Sales, Marketing & Strategy


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 4 years of work experience in complex sales with new or installed clients
  • At least 2 years’ experience of working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and/or other healthcare related solutions
  • Experience within the Behavioral Health industry and/or market place
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ experience in healthcare related sales or medical device sales
  • Experience selling to Behavioral Health providers, hospitals or other related healthcare systems
  • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
  • Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Additional Information
