Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will provide day-to-day management of projects including risk management, stakeholder communications, and interdependencies between projects or programs. As a member of this team, you will facilitate project implementation, overcome project barriers, obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple projects. You will also be responsible for networking within the organization to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment as well as create, monitor and provide ongoing communication to appropriate stakeholders. In addition, you will support the team by growing their capabilities to organize, manage, and make decisions as well as reporting risk areas and partnering with leadership on strategies to address concerns. You will manage interdependencies or dependencies between projects or programs through collaboration, cross-functional project planning and comprehensive reporting packages. Finally, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans and manage project process documentation.

About Client Services


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years of project management work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare IT project management experience and working knowledge of hospital and clinic departmental workflows
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI)
  • Advanced knowledge of current IT and Healthcare technologies


  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Metairie, LA area
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
