Job Description

The Consultant is responsible for providing expert domain knowledge, implementation approach, and process design representing their center of expertise. The Consultant will provide expert solution knowledge and troubleshooting services in complex client environments; contribute in a leadership capacity to advance the solution and its effectiveness; consult with clients and project teams to recognize and document benefits; provide gap analysis and process redesign recommendations, supports client and project team; develop associate domain expertise (clinical, revenue and operational) and consulting skills; consults with client to develop and apply appropriate policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, related field or relevant equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of software implementation work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 50- 60% of the time
  • Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Kansas City area
