Cerner Healthe Clinics are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for our Continuous Campus in Kansas City, KS! Our Healthe Clinic is an innovative personal health management clinic that provides primary and preventative care services for the entire family. As the Clinic LPN, you will work alongside Nurse Practitioners and Physicians providing outstanding professional clinical care through everyday nursing care within the scope of their licensure. You will have Visit Navigator responsibilities which include providing telephone triage and case management services to covered health plan members, taking member vitals, inputting member symptoms into an electronic medical record, collecting laboratory specimens, administering immunization/shots, scheduling follow-up appointments, referrals and diagnostic testing, assisting with procedures and patient education. Phlebotomy experience is required.

About Clinical


Basic Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of an LPN program
  • Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) license active in Kansas
  • 2+ years of broad experience in a Family Medicine Clinic, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine or Emergency Department
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of current phlebotomy experience (children and adults)
  • Familiarity and/or knowledge of immunizations and travel vaccination requirements
  • Experience with Cerner EMR
  • Must live in or near the Kansas City, MO area
  • Ability to travel and work at any of the four Cerner Healthe Clinic locations

Additional Information
