Job Description

As a Solution Strategist focused on digital consumer financial experiences, you will develop solutions by identifying potential opportunities, conducting market research, generating solution requirements, pricing and creating integrated go-to-market strategies. You will have the opportunity to craft, communicate and justify solution roadmaps across the corporate portfolio and analyze both business and financial processes to improve future opportunities.
Additional responsibilities include: working with Agile teams through the development process, collaborating to set priorities for development efforts based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice-of-the customer feedback, timelines and client commitments; articulating the solution to clients; and demonstrating current and emerging solution features and functionally for internal and external stakeholders. Through your strong interpersonal skills, you will work with IP and support to respond to client escalations, incidents and outages; and network and research to increase understanding and current competitive landscape, regulatory and accrediting guidelines, health care industry and market opportunity.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Health Care, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of health care information technology, project management, sales, or consulting work experience
  • At least 3 years of solution design or product ownership work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of Healthcare revenue cycle experience and/or technical project management experience in the financial or banking industry.
  • Experience working as part of an Agile team.
  • Experience with API's, Jira, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools

Expectations
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City metropolitan area
