Job Description

Cerner is looking to expand our Health Plan Service Specialist team! We are looking for associates who can perform health center operations support, including opening and closing procedures, general facility coordination and safety protocols. As a Health Plan Service Specialist, you will greet and register health center members and follow established procedures for optimal member experience. You are required to Monitor and process incoming messages, phone calls and faxes, and resolve or route to the appropriate care teams. You will also schedule member appointments and perform general maintenance to appointment book. You will educate members on health center policies and procedures and wellness program offerings. You will be responsible to facilitate the member feedback survey and support leadership in addressing customer service-related issues along with support operations of large-scale events, including flu vaccinations, labs and biometrics and health fairs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of work experience in hotel or hospitality industry.

Expectations:
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed.

• Willing to work overtime and irregular hours as needed

Additional Information
