Cerner is growing! As a Consultant on our Long-Term & Post-Acute Care team, you will consult with Cerner clients to deliver consulting services. You will consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, while also providing solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders. In this role, you will also drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients, mitigate solution risk and issues, and execute workflow and process improvement strategies. As a consultant, you will lead client meetings and events and drive internal team initiatives. We are happy you are considering joining our team and making your impact on health and care!

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in software implantation
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in health care information technology consulting and/or support
Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Additional Information
