Job Description

As a Clinical Delivery Consultant, you will consult with clients during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. As a member of this team, you are responsible for consulting with clients on current workflows and configurations, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements as well as ongoing system maintenance. In addition, you will complete client-specific design, configuration and troubleshooting with appropriate tools, complete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow up actions. You will also develop and execute test plans and test script execution and note changes in end user functionality while also reviewing new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests and notify clients. Finally, your responsibilities will also include identifying and escalating issues to solution and engagement leadership while also leveraging internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Health Care Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of health care information technology project management, sales or consulting work experience
  • At least 1 year of Systems management or implementation work experience
  • Clinical or Healthcare IT experience in a Hospital
  • Experience with Cerner Millennium

Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Montgomery, AL area

Additional Information
