- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least 1 year of customer service, retail, call center or hospitality work experience
- At least 1 year of work experience in a multi-provider practice
- Ability to work full-time variable shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Must live in or around the Hanford, CA area
