Job Description

We are excited to add a new Team Lead, Solution & Test Designer on our Behavioral Health Solution Dev team! As a Solution & Test Designer, you will use epics, features, solution vision and market needs to write user stories and requirements into clear, workable solution and risk control requirements. You will support the development team in planning and estimating resource needs, prioritize backlog to support product roadmap according to business value and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and keep them informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles. You will also lead and own discussions between development team, subject matter experts, internal users or client-facing teams to clarify user stories, track issues or resolve problems.

As a Team Lead, your people management responsibilities will include managing routine associate situations, directing the work efforts and results of a team of associates, developing team goals and managing them for results, developing associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning, and promoting diversity and creating a respectful work environment. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of testing, development or solution-related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of working experience with Doors Next Generation (DNG), Rational Quality Manager (RQM), JIRA or Confluence
  • At least 1 year of working experience with Agile
Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
    Willing to work in Kansas City, MO or Tempe, AZ
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
