Job Description

As an Engagement Planner, you will manage key financial metrics, including contractual scope management, and make recommendations to project, organisational, and regional leaders. You will also mitigate and resolve project financial risks and escalate as necessary.

In regards to delivery, you will be driving the project team's success via proactive support of project teams whilst providing expert guidance and recommendations to project management team as well. Finally, you will also be responsible for the design content and collateral for the organisational development programs and internal team processes whilst on-boarding and developing incoming engagement controllers.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business/Health Science.
  • 1 year of Project Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • More than 2 years of experience in delivering Health/Medical related projects.

Expectations:
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Willing to work additional/Irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
