Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst on the SBU's Acute Care Clinical Intelligence team, you will drive the efficient operations within a line of business by analyzing business processes and data to provide business insight. In this position you will articulate key process flows and stakeholders, describe and manipulate data sets, sources, and structures. You will also gather requirements and manage multiple inputs and priorities, develop reporting to make data more meaningful to business initiatives and analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively and communicate findings. You will identify root cause of problems with reports or data sets within the domain, and collaborate on data quality conditions and monitoring with domain business subject matter experts. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of business analytics work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing Tableau
  • Query writing experience

Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Additional Information
