Job Description

We are excited to hire a Patient Financial Services Manager for our growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization based out of Bangalore. As a PFS – Manager, you will set and enforce operational policies, procedures and guidelines and maintain effective communication with clients, insurance carriers and other partners to resolve issues that impede cash flow and detract from patient or client satisfaction. You will also lead the productivity of department operations, and direct efforts to ensure successful outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to allocate resources cross-functionally, including people, data, processes and financial investments, to achieve the optimal workflow and outcomes. Additionally, you will manage routine associate situations, direct the work efforts and results of a team of associates, develop team goals and associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Finance/Arts/ Pharmacy/ Microbiology

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of health care billing work experience.
  • Certification in Professional Coding (CPC) or any related revenue cycle certification

  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
  • Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed

Additional Information
