- High School diploma
- 1+ years of Armed Security experience
- Successful completion of a psychological examination
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
- Ability to obtain Private Officer Commission depending on organizational assignment.
- This includes being able to pass an in-depth background check through the Commission.
- Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime hours as necessary
- Ability to work holidays
- Willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including climbing stairs
