Job Description

Cerner’s Solution Documentation team is looking for a Sr. Technical Writer to join our growing team! You’ll be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining electronic content designed to educate and inform Cerner clients and associates and enhance their experience with Cerner solutions. In this role, you’ll gather information about the needs, objectives, functions, features and requirements, and translate information into manuals and/or web-based documents for users.

About Development


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with documentation control procedures specified by Cerner, ISO, FDA, and other regulatory agencies as needed
  • Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Kansas City, MO

Additional Information
