Job Description

The Women's Health Consultant will consult with clients on service line workflow, guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stake holders, drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients and mitigate solution risks and issues. In addition, you will execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead client meetings and events, and drive internal team initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HealthCare, General Studies, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of software implementation work experience
  • At least 1 year of Maternity solution/application workflow, design and build experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) work experience
  • At least 1 year Cerner Millennium PowerChart Maternity design and build experience
  • At least 2 years of Nursing experience specific to Women’s Health

Expectations:
  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
  • Must reside near a major international airport or willing to relocate to Kansas City, MO
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Additional Information
